This is a good question. You can build a profitable team by using S-Builder Co-op as long as you receive good affiliates that will work. I have used S-Builder for almost 2 years. I've received some that work, more that have worked for awhile and many that never came back to SFI after signing up. This is not unusual and will happen no matter where you receive your affiliates. I suggest that you add the S-Builder to your Standing Order, so you receive new affiliates monthly.
It's very important that you read and learn how to duplicate. Duplication is most important to teach and build your team.

Start reassigning affiliates that are working to your movers as soon as you see they are doing their actions.
Here are some things I have learned about reassigning affiliates.
1) Ask your working PSA if they are ready to have a team. They are automatically going to receive CSAs after they qualify for EA, so your PSA may want to work with them for a little while first.
2) Tell your affiliate that you are reassigning them to someone else. I explain that I believe they may work better with the person I'm sending them too. Either because they live in the same country or they would understand that PSA better or what you think is best for that affiliate. If they don't want to be reassigned, don't do it, but ask them to work harder so you can reassign affiliates to them.
3) Let your PSA know when you send affiliates to them, so they will know to send a welcome message.

Another way to use your S-Builder is to set up an S-Builder Co-op manager. You can set it up at: https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoopNew
Here are two ideas to set up the manager.
1) You can set it up having your PSAs help pay for the S-Builders. All the PSAs that pay, will share the affiliates that come in by using your Co-op manager. To see how this works, go to: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/CoopMagic
2) You can buy more than one S-Builder, set up your Co-op manager with all the movers on your team from the month before. Now use this as their reward to your contest for your affiliates working their business. This can also include your CSAs if you like.
