My co-op is free to any member of my group who reaches 1500 versa points a month.First month they achieve,I send them a e-card telling them they are in my co-op.I also tell them they will be removed any month they fall under 1500 versa points.
I do not care if they are on my first-6th level or a CSA. I explain that these referrals are
their first level and can be re-assigned to a member of their team.Telling them as an EA2 that SFI will give them 2 referrals too really peps them up.
Why should I spend good money every month finding and building on completely new referrals ?
All I have to do is help 4-6 people achieve their leadership dreams as we all build together.
