What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?
There is nothing you really can do do if an affiliates does not want to duplicate.You can how ever show them examples of what duplication can do for his /her business.
Example inform him/her when you duplicate you earn more .From ALL
PSAs you earn 45% CV of product as direct commissions.
So if you have 100 active PSAs who have standing order let say giving you $8 DC you are assured of 8 x 100 =800 dollars every month your Income from doing an action once.
Also from your CSAs you earn 15% CV of product on all their purchases at your store.
All I can do is suggest show examples and encourage!
