Most think if they become a BTL that they will keep the title.Tell them it is just a title title till they have an actual team.
If not,they may leave by the 3rd. month due to disappointment.Also remind them we all start with affiliate and zero points each month.
You will benefit financially by getting 3 EA2's under you.It will be much easier to attain the BTL title and earn it again each month.
When an EA2,co-sponsored EA2 or a ECA spends money at Tripleclicks, you will earn money.
Also you earn affiliates each month from SFI as your EA2's do.
To really keep your movers excited, put up a co-op backed by one unit of S-Builder for each 3 EA2 members you put into the Free co-op for them.I am not in it,but have my own S-Builder unit.
My hope is that my team trusts my guidance and reads my team letters and e-cards I send.
