You can do the same like with others: try to have a good communications, make a connection and friendly relationship if they let you. One thing is sure: you will have no success by pressure. If they don't won't to do duplication you can not make them to do. But you can try: give them an information what business they can develop here, which opportunities offer SFI but don't waste to much time on them, don't forget your workers.
