Definitely, most of the affiliates do not know the importance of building a team: sponsoring or duplication, often most of the affiliates trying or worrying to earn lucrative, residual income from SFI without understanding the concept of the business.
We should being a sponsor of their, educate them how they can earn better with SFI, establish themselves as a successful businessman/ ECA: what are the methods of increasing/creating earning? what are the importance of sponsoring and the mean of duplication? How the ESA can be helpful to increase their income? Everyone want to be a leader, may it be BTL, STL, GTL and PTL without knowing that to be a leader they needs a team: without a team no one can lead, to be awesome leader, you have to be a skilled awesome team.
Logically, we must educate them to be success in SFI or for the residual, leverage income, what is the importance of “sponsoring and duplication”: As much your team will be, such as will be your income, “Duplication= Compensation”. If you sponsor five PSAs, trained and skilled them to be an independent businessman and educate them to do perfect duplication; they become BTL where they need a team to lead and they have to create or build a team. As much the perfect duplication go into your down line as much your status/ rank automatically goes up and leads the earning for you join SFI.
