Not wanting to recruit or not being interested in recruiting SFI team members doesn't necessarily mean that someone is not interested in making a success out of their SFI business.
One of the truly awesome things about SFI is that it offers a number of DIFFERENT streams of income and some people choose to utilise some of the other methods instead, like promoting and selling TripleClicks products. This is more likely to be the case if the person requires, or wants to see, a steady income reasonably quickly - successfully promoting and selling products online is a much faster way of generating a substantial income than relying on sign ups to become active and want to work. Witness the massive number of people directly selling big 'A' products or drop shipping on Ebay. Selling products online works and works exceptionally well if you know how to do it. Relying on team building to earn you a significant income is a lot harder and takes a lot longer because you are relying on others wanting to work.
Once people have established a steady income through TC many will no doubt start to think about the benefits of residual income which come with building a successful team and that's when you'll likely see them get involved more in recruiting and duplication. They will also have positive results and a positive track record to SHOW their team members and they'll be able to better teach their team members how to do the same thing in order to start earning $$.
So instead of bewailing the fact that we have team members who aren't recruiting and don't seem to want to recruit, try finding out what they are interested in doing and then come up with options to help them become successful doing what they feel most comfortable doing.
