Please ask them why they don´t want to do this, may be they are trying it and it´s not working. If that the case, tell them to be Patient and work with them to try all the methods necesary to gain this goal. If they acept this decision, invest your time to suport them. If they realy intensionaly or lazily don´t want to do this, don´t waist your time on them coz you can only help People who are helping themselves and seeking for suport. Better concentrate on your own business and suport the active ones then!!!
