I would do nothing. Your time should be spent growing your business and working with those affiliates that want to recruit and engage in duplication. Spending your time with these affiliates, trying to induce progress, will only hinder your own progress.
People who are successful in this business are folks who have the drive to want to succeed. These people do not want to work for other people, instead they have a drive to be successfully self-employed without much motivation from others to do so. Having this drive from within induces progress without much motivation from others. They will work with the sponsors for guidance along the way and learn from those who have become successful business owners.
The best thing you can do is continually send out those weekly emails into the inbox so that hopefully one of those emails speaks to the mindset that begins a drive within themselves to want to succeed at this business. But if they don't want it then I would spend my time with those that do and grow into a thriving business that lasts a lifetime.
