Well I guess as long as we do not appear to be overly demanding or imposing or appear too aggressive or forceful or talk them down and appear to be more superior or smarter but instead just be yourself and stay sincere and passionate and offer bite sized tips, advice and suggestions Along the way and treat them as equals and business partners and friends and be a positive role model and mentor and put your money where your mouth is by becoming the best leader, sponsor and once they start seeing all your credentials and online success with SFI it becomes much easier to motivate them .
And I always stay open minded and stay in contact and constantly build rapport and touch base with fellow PSAs and offer what I can to support and motivate and reward those who are keen along the way so that we can leverage on each other's strengths to greater success and income altogether .
