Well I guess like the saying that goes You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink likewise as much as we cannot force or pressure PSAs who are not too keen to recruit other or duplicate via sponsoring and promoting but we can be a good role model and set and show the way and create an COOP to encourage and motivate those who are open minded and understand the power of leverage via COOPs , joint sales, adverting and marketing n promotional activities as well as encourage them to take baby steps by sending Ecards to handing out wave 3 cards or various x cards to posting ads on online classifieds to setting up banners on blogs and traffic exchanges

Just guide those who are keen and keep N open mind to those who are not so receptive yet as I believe once they realize eventually what they are missing out then they will join the wagon of duplication and sponsoring .
