Earning From The Executive Pool As A Team Leader

People don't earn because they do not apply what they know. Currently a share is worth about .0004397394. So if you have 100,000 shares that equates to about $43.97. So you would need a network of @66 EAs to earn this just from EP.
Let's say you want to earn $2000 dollars/mo in SFI. This means you need 4,548,555.83 shares at the current rate. The average EA is worth @1500 which means you need a network of 3,032.37 EAs on the levels you are qualified for to make 2k/mo from the EP alone. I do not recommend this model alone.

Earning From Direct Commissions As A Team Leader

However if you teach your EAs to invest into a 125pk of T Credits, this nets you a direct commission plus earnings from the executive pool. Let's say you have only 10 PSAs that invest in 125pk of T Credits. That would give you a direct commission of $87.40 PLUS bigger earnings from the executive pool on those EAs because the sales comes with extra VP. So to hit your target of $2000/mo then all you need between 100 and 230 EAs who produce network sales. When you have network sales then everyone has more VP (products come with VP) so there's more money in the pool. This is the model I recommend.

Now you can begin to see how you can earn the level of income that you desire is by recruiting more EAs and teach them to invest in T Credits. You should be build a 12 x 10 matrix. You benefit from your down line as they make milestones. To encourage milestone achievement so that everyone earns more from the executive pool, never leave an EA without an EA. Reassign affiliates to all your EAs. Support your network with information so that everyone can maintain EA2. Eventually you will have a network of thousands of active affiliates.
As you active network grows your income will skyrocket.
