There is nothing that you can do with PSAs that do not want to recruit affiliates or engage. People like to do business with people they know and trust. If your PSA is disengaged it simply means that they don't believe in SFI, you, or possibly themselves.
May I suggest that you welcome your PSAs within the first 24 hours of signing and affirm their decision to join your team. Assure them that you are there to help them reach their goals and that your agenda is to work with them if they will allow you to. Set the expectation early on by saying that you will help them with their journey toward success. Let them know that there is never a purchase requirement and you can choose to operate your business 100% free.
Tell them that you are their first source of information for all things SFI and you will do your very best to answer any of their questions. Give your personal testimonial and refer them to the getting started video.
Otherwise, this PSA will eventually find that SFI is not right for them and that's okay. They will be be purged as an affiliate but remain a TripleClicks member for life. Maybe in time you will earn from their future purchases as SFIMG follows up with all of TripleClicks members.
