In most of the cases, PSAs are not well informed or explained by the people who introduce them to SFI Business.
Once they sign up they do not know how to proceed further. They just remain stagnant. (If you are a regular visitor to FORUM you will be able to understand this).
Please explain ALL THESE to your PSAs repeatedly and make them realize that unless they recruit capable affiliates and develop their team they will benefit nothing.
Till such time they do this, as Leaders in charge of them, it is our responsibility to keep motivating them. With out a strong down line, we too can't develop ourselves & grow!!
