Hence having an inactive affiliate logging in again should be like be like "a breath of fresh air." Waste no time in acknowledging this person. A warm welcome via email or Ecard should be most appropriate. Let the affiliate know that you are happy to have he/she back and remind the affiliate that as sponsor you are still available for help and support as needed. Give a synopsis of the latest happenings on SFI and how you are enjoying the program. Make your words friendly and encouraging as possible.
