Acknowledge yes of course you should. Welcome him/her again and encourage him/her to continue. Tell him/her that you are glad and pleased to see him/her active again in your team. And encourage him/her to log in daily and continue doing the task at The SFI Affiliate Center....
It should be a happy moment for you but your PSA's may not realize that, keep your emotions in control but do treat him/her as any of your other team members.
Sometimes as team leaders we should realize there are unforeseen reasons why they could not log in but let me say this it is said prayer helps and changes things. So pray for your downline and also for SFI Business nothing is there as an accident everything has it's purpose and everything is going to be accomplished some time, now or in the future. Always keep a positive mind.
