1. Welcome your affiliate back and make him/her feel wanted;
2. Ask why he/she has not logged in for sometime now. From the statement you may understand the problem;
3. Continue to give relentless supports in form of assistance, encouragement and advice to your affiliate that will help him/her succeed:
a) Teach your affiliate on how to access, read and apply the training materials - Home page > Training menu.
b) Teach your affiliate on how to use the FORUM to ask questions about things new to him/her.
c) Explain the importance of talking to you and other upline members concerning his/her challenges.
d) If possible, give specific time of day he/she can meet you online if he/she like to talk with you one-on-one.
e) Right away, announce any motivation that you can offer to help him/her gain her footing;
4. Share you experiences when you just started and how you survived it.
5. Let your affiliate know that ONLY three things is required: dedication, hard work and and unremitting devotion:
A. DEDICATION:
i). Ethusiasms - Have a passion for that success you want.
ii) Perseverance - Never give up at any time, especially at the initial stage when it is likely for one to be discouraged.
B. HARD WORK:
i) Explore all avenue to make money in the business.
ii) Which area is he/she gifted; e.g. KOT, Pick the Price, ECA referral, TC referral etc. It should be used to hi/her advantage.
C. UNREMITTING DEVOTION:
i) Put in high degree of efforts commensurate with your future expectations always.
ii) He/she should not quit. Quitters don't win and winners don’t quit.
