You should encourage any of your PSA that wants to become Team Leader right away. I don't see anything wrong with that, in fact new affiliates need all the encouragement they can get. The word "Discouragement" in any form should be deleted from your dictionary.
I attained Silver Team Leader in my first month with SFI, the second month I dropped to Bronze Team Leader but right now I am an EA2. With this experience I have been able to learn how Matching Versapoints works and the earning potentials. I also got my $10 Bronze bonus and a shares of second home CSAs for two months.
Bottom line, encourage those PSAs that want to become TL right away but take your time to explain to them the benefits, requirements and responsibilities. It is better to aim for the TL and end up as EA2 rather than to aim for EA and end up as inactive affiliates.
