I think every person should become a team leader as quickly as they possibly can. They build momentum, they earn the confidence of their team, and they can continually motivate by their own success.
The question is How?
1. If I can invest I must invest. I became a bronze team leader my third day in SFI and have never looked back. It benefited me in many ways. I now have literally 1713 CSAs earned and gained due to Team Leader status. And these CSA alone more than finance my costs of building my business.
If you can invest you must. Getting a large growing team was easy as a team leader, SFI gave it to me. Now I had people asking me questions, looking to me for leadership and I needed to learn how to lead. I read everything that SFI offered me. I read everything on the net I could find. I need ideas to motivate my team, ideas to help them advertise ideas to generate sales opportunity for them. And guess what, I learned, I read and I earned.
2. If you do not have money to invest you must work your tail off every day. Get those Affiliates up to EA2 status. Check the status and activity of every single person. Find out what they need to succeed and get that information to them.
Recruit in every bush under every rock you can find. Make Team Leader your first month for free, but then make staying a team leader your goal. Do what ever it takes, recruit ECAs like a mad person. Walk into every shop and store in your neighborhood and present the ECA flier to them. When they join, promote their products so they succeed.
You must want it and want it bad. Having a team looking to you drives you and you will, you must succeed.
