Mom,in my respectful view,as a team leader apart from lead by example.we should always strive to support,help and encourage our members and NEVER discourage them ,weather to be team leaders or otherwise,if they wanted to be,this tell you a lot of their interest to move upwards,encourage them therefore to read,read and they will become good leaders by the training they receive,subsequent to that anyone can become a team leader by purchases and SO,but without knowledge how can you lead,see the point is for us as leaders we become their guide,give them guidance to move upwards,hope this tip helps, my dear lady,do have a good day.
