"Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?"
NO. You should not encourage nor discourage them. As Sponsor o Co-Sponsor our role was to guide, assist and help them achieve their GOALS. Just lead them. Show them ways, ideas, information and tips on how to reach their short (monthly) and long-term goals.
If the aim to become Team Leaders right away, be it. Explain to them the PRO's and CON's of being a Team Leader at the same time give them tips on how to become a Team Leader. Like for example the following;
- Setting an Standing Order of at least 1500VP
- Performing his Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions
- Participating on SFI Daily Grand Draw
- Be active on TripleClicks promoting products, referring ECA's, bidding at Auctions, playing games, and product listing.
Bronze Team Leader rank like Executive Affiliate was achievable on your first month and hard to retain the following month, but if your really determined to reach it....it is doable. As the saying goes "If there's well, there's a way".
