The sponsor must provide advice and guidance to members of the team without complaint and crop whenever he believes they follow the wrong path . Regarding the question , for my part I can give an answer , I would say it is useless to try to go faster in task because who wants to go steady wins the race .
There is an African proverb that says if you want to go fast then go alone but if you want to go far , do you support . Here it is not a program where you can get rich quick , it takes time to access the wealth so we need a team .
And it is the members of the team that will allow us to be team leaders. In any event, one that is in a hurry to be the first or to a lesser extent in the second month this will be easy but then it will be almost impossible to be head of the household equipment unless it incurs some cost additional in buying TCrédits or products. In sum it is wiser to stay the course of EA while recruiting new PSAs and PRMs in order to have a strong and solid team that allow us to take the position as head of the team and stay .
In all cases if the PSA knowing all the above still want to be crew chief sponsor can not do much to dissuade him.
Anyway , our personal experiences shape us more than the instructions or advice of others .
