Discourage may not be the right move. But instead explain to them that their success tied up directly to the success of his/her team. My observation all these while, there are affiliates that attained STL/GTL/PTL in their 1st or 2nd month. They got so excited but next,they are back to EA2 or BTL, why?
The system set up by SFI in such a way that you have to learn to master the business to be successful. Becoming a TL in such a short period, I think did not give them enough time to learn everything and there are no solid team behind them to ensure their progress monthly. Another words, they have to spend more money 'buying' their TL rank.
The more healthy way, stay focussed, learn all the subject provided by SFI, master it, apply it in daily work, ensure duplication, keep sponsoring and the TL rank will come naturally and together they are building a deep and solid team...
Your role is to keep encouraging, motivating, supporting in whatever way you can, and ensuring them that you are an awesome Sponsor they could ever have.
