Conversely, you may need to discourage those without an active team to becomes TLs because they may end up 'buying' their team leader status without an active team which may be unsustainable on the medium or long term. You need not be selfish by encouraging this category of your team members because of the commission you may earn from it, but there is need for you to be upright and discourage them, in order for you to benefit on the long run.
