Good question, probably many think like you also. But in the world of business, how do you discourage someone who are so motivated to move forward regardless of experience. Also if we talk as general, how do you know their past experience weather they were in leadership position prior to this one unless they stated this is their first online business? .
Even that there is no way to discourage someone rather than support them, guide them , train them , teach them all the necessary tools to become a great leader . After all this is the reason you are there for them for to take their loads till they stand on their own.
As a good leader you have access to all necessary tool here especially at SFI if you choose to use it. One simple thing is you have access to all generation, by using that you can help your new leader by sending encouragement letters, recognition, tips and ideas to all team affiliates and members and train your new leader how to manage his/her team in this manner.
That's why we work as a team to help each other, build one another, to grow together. So no discouragement is necessary when they are motivated and ready to work.
