1. what was your aim when you entered? what was your long term?
2. How many years did you intend to achieve this?
3. How many PSAs did you intend to invest in?
4. How far do you want your team membership to become?
5. How much do you want to earn in 6,12 months or even 5 years from now?
6. How many people do you want to refer to your store per month? how much sales do your want to make monthly?
These and more, points to your success in SFI and TripleClicks, without which you cannot measure your success.
Goals attained is what shows your level of success. if a person puts his/her goal as follows:
No of PSA/ mth-5
No of sales/ month-$600
No of referrals to store-7
No of ECA referrals-10
No of team membership-40
and he/she attains the above, he/she has actually succeeded.
