I believe it would be wisest to discuss the pros and cons with PSAs who may be trying to put the cart first. Mayhaps they don't realize that moving too soon could be a handicap.
When you talk to them, I would suggest explaining the advantages of becoming at least BTL when they are ready. It does have some good advantages.
I would also make very sure they fully understand what is involved with maintaining BTL versus EA2. It IS more difficult to do without a strong team, but it CAN be done!
Mostly, I think one should concentrate on learning as much as they can for the first month, and into the second. Then they can make a better informed decision whether to try for BTL or stay EA2 for a while longer, concentrate on recruiting PSAs.
Ultimately, it is up to the PSA. In their heart they will know if they can, if they want to, or if they should wait. All we can do is educate, and support their choice!:))...
