Never, I mean, never ever discourage your PSA's by any means necessary! If you do that, what will they think about you and SFI? Think about it!
The first and the most important thing in my opinion, make your PSA's see a friend in you! That way you will have a nice communication which is the key, and then you can explain them that being a Team Leader without a team means nothing. However, don't discourage them, ever, it will have negative effects for sure, whatever the thing is.
Remember, you are their guide, their teacher, their mentor, and the most important, their friend.
If they look upon you, and you discourage them for no matter what, there are good chances they will do the same with their teammates, which is bad for both of you.
Support your team, no matter what the thing is unless if it's bad. Since there are no bad things in SFI just support them with everything they need!
