Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away ???
Encourage, of course:
Just follow these steps and they will become successful Team Leader
1st Have a Plan
2nd Believe in what doing
3rd Work Hard
4th Stay Focused
5th be Consistent
6th Follow Successful People ...
7th Follow Sponsor
8th Update Leadership Page
9th Update BLOG on Leadership Page
10th Regularly send Team e-mail for PSA and CSA member
11th Regularly perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks
12th And still read "Launchpad lessons" and "Internet Income Course lessons"
13th Being an active member of the SFI Forum
With positive thoughts into a new day ...
