You have individuals who have inherent talents and qualities so they are born with those characteristics and therefore it takes little or no effort for them to accomplish those tasks-they just develop the talent over time and become the best in what they choose to do with their talent. Then we have those who work hard to achieve similar results. It's possible to compete with the one who is naturally talented but it depends on you how far you are willing to go to achieve those "best" results.
Similarly, leadership requires qualities that may be inherent in some but can be developed with hard work, commitment and an attitude of willing to create opportunities for others. You can be a born leader but if you are not inclined to take a stand and be at the forefront of what is going on around you, you will stay in your comfort zone and not take a step forward.
SFI is an equal opportunity player and this gives everyone a standard platform which allows you to tap on your potential and become a leader. The time that you spend in duplicating and sponsoring affiliates is the start of your leadership. The qualities you will need to get you to that level of leadership :-
- aggressive marketing initiatives
- never getting dejected or discouraged
- not giving up easily when there are hurdles in SFI
- encouraging and brushing your positive attitude to those who are in your team
- being there for your affiliates when they need help
- having passion for what you believe in and this gives you guaranteed results
You are already a leader once you move up your ranks and it is the beginning of the momentum you will set for your affiliates. One final word, the correct focus gets you to become the kind of Leader that you want and once you believe this will happen, it will.
