1) Ask them why they had joined SFI Affiliate program. Preparing motivation policy using their thoughts will be more effective.
2) Describe them all the facilities/benefits they will get when they will be the Team Leader.
3) Tell them If they become Team Leader their downline will feel proud that their sponsor/co-sponsor holding a Team Leader Position and will get the working spirit too.
4) Collect some success stories of the different Team Leaders from forum topics and group/selected mail the same after every few days.
5) Announce reward/gifts
