The best way is to start a convesation with your PSA's and CSA's(whom you want to see as potential Team Leaders) and talk with them about their ambitions in SFI. They are for sure here to improve their income and as that is their goal, mention the idea of them becoming Team Leaders. Do not seem intrusive, be their guide and do it in the most gentle way you can. Tell them all the benefits of being a Team Leader and what that would bring to their business. After a lot of friendly talk and proper advising, you might have planted this idea in their head. And that plant may rise into something big - for them and for you.
