Transfer buying should be easy to explain. Ask them where they buy household supplies, vitamins and other health items, etc.
Then proceed to explain to them all the items along those lines that are available at TripleClicks, THEIR store!! Not only can they get the items shipped directly to their homes, they get sales/purchase VPs for doing so!!
Promote transfer buying by reminding them in one or two team mails a month that TripleClicks is their store, and you found _____ at a really good price, you thought they might like to know about it.
They should pick up the idea fairly easily and quickly, especially when you remind them that they basically get a rebate because of the VPs they earn while doing so!!:))...
