To encourage your downline to become Team Leaders you will need to point out the advantages of being a Team Leader, which include:
- VP Match down 6 - 12 levels in your downline
- Shares of 2nd Home CSA's delivered monthly.
- 12 - 20 free T-Credits Monthly, rather then 10.
- Express Affiliate Support from SFI/TC Support Team with Sumbitted Tickets/inquiries.
In order for your downline to become and maintain their team leadership, they must also be actively recruiting and maintaining their recruits. Its important to teach your downline the ability to recruit team members for this reason. Otherwise, with no team, there is no team leader.
