Firstly, when the time I receive my new PSAs, I always check my Genealogy and click Quick Filters and choose for ‘New PSAs Today’, and than I click load my quick filter button. I will send them Team Mail first as per welcome letter in case if they are not receiving or read my original welcome letter from SFI.
Directly send welcome later to all of them at one time and below is my simple welcome letter and sound like this;
“Dear my new PSAs (Personal Sponsor Affiliates),
I'm sure you joined because you want to earn money online and by joining SFI you will earn!
First, let please watch this video on YouTube to understand the basics of SFI! ...http://m.youtube.com/results?q=sfimg.com&sm=3.
Then follow these instructions when you log into your SFI account.
1. Visit your Homepage daily, do your To-do-List
2. Read the Launchpad one at a time so it can be understood fully
3. Keep your VersaPoints about green line, a few VPs above will do, this will keep
you as contender for 365 CHAMPIONSHIP.
4. Review your checklist on your “My Account” Tab and complete the following:
a. "My Account" Info
b. "My Profile" – upload Picture, it’s nice to see your beautiful face
c. "My Upline"
5. Review with her/him the “Affiliate Agreement”
6. Check your VP Ledger (click at HOTSPOT at your SFI Homepage)

After I send my welcome letter, I will look for yellow bar at the left side for online chat status. After that I click the yellow bar and chat with them one by one. I type a simple and quick letter to make them respond with your first conversation.
First Chat.
I will send them this simple note, copy and paste and send to all of them who are still online. Once you receive them at Genealogy, you cannot wait for a long time even 10 to 15 minutes. With this later, i always have 5 to 10 PSAs or CSAs who want chat with me at the same time when i received them. For the first conversation with them, I send them my simple letter and sound like this “
“Hi Mr or Ms. Awesome, how are you? Welcome to SFI. My name is 12345 and I am your Sponsor in SFI. How may I help you? It would be easy for you to do SFI with my quick tips and ideas. If you feel free, please do not hesitate to contact me for further inquiry. Hopefully can hear from you soon. Thank you”
I will send them this simple note, copy and paste and send to all of them who are still online and i just change their name when i started to send to next PSA. Once you receive them at Genealogy, you cannot wait for a long time even 10 to 15 minutes. With this later, i always have 5 to 10 PSAs or CSAs who want chat with me at the same time when i receive them.
Second Chat
If they respond with your first note and letter above, than you can show them the world of SFI and start your conversation with them and discuss the best way as much as you can.
If they not respond to you, just leave them a simple note about fast track, SFI BASIC, LAUNCHPAD and DAILY TO-DO-LIST.
