When one initiates an online chat with a new PSA, in my opinion is best to start with a greeting and then tell them about SFI being an Online Business that is well established and how sophisticated and knowledgeable the training on their web page actually is. Next tell the PSA step by step about the To Do List on a daily basis, Check Alerts and when in doubt answers to most uncertainties can be found in the Ask SC section or the PSA can contact you any time and you will clear the doubt. Finally tell them a business takes time to flourish, perseverance, commitment and hard work will lead the way to a brighter future. Best of luck in building your business.
