First step:
Most important thing is to build a connection with PSA's, ask them questions, and try to find out more about them and what they want in life. Do not jump straight to bussiness unless they ask you to do so. Tell them that this is close model marketing and it is about helping each other.
Second step:
Everyone of us have history. Tell them your story! Your road to success. How you learned about SFI, what you did at start, most important things that you have learned. Ask them if they want to hear your story and share it with them if they want.
Third step:
Be honest with them and support them always, share your knowledge! To quote Carson "treat them like a gold" Tell them that this is real JOB. Like every other job you do, you have to EARN money. It's same here, you have to EARN IT. Like i said, be honest, explain to them that actually everything depends on them. How much effort and time they invest in SFI. Results will be shown anyway, there is nothing to hide.
Fourth step:
Ask them if they are willing to stay in touch with you ( almost every day ) and that you are more then happy to assist them on their road to success. If they accept you have to honor that deal and try to answer their calls as fast as possible ASAP always.
Final step:
Give them some motivational quotes, they will stay somewhere in their minds and help them on their road to succes !
Following quotes helped me a lot, not sure if i would continue without knowing them, they are so powerful and i experienced 90% of them:
