For new PSA's knowing what SFI offers and showing them how to be successful on SFI is what they need at the early stage.
When I first started, I taught recruiting people alone will earn me the $27.30 for the first month. I went ahead recruiting friends and family members and encouraging them to do the same so that they will earn $27.30 on one person they recruit.
We all continue doing that till the 10th that SFI pay commission checks. We were indeed disappointed and I particular was ashamed because people told me that it is scam but I oppose them.
I nearly believe there words but I planned to take a critical look at what the earnings calculator is saying before I got the concept.
Most of the people I recruit are not ready to listen to any explanation. Indeed, I almost gave up but I am a person who always want to know what was actually wrong of any negative thing that happen in my life and that is what keep me going.
This applies to many PSA's. When they start, they are eager to make money for the first month and as a leader, you need to explain to them how it works here on SFI.
So for the first time of chatting with them;
1. Introduce yourself to them as their sponsor
2. Give them a brief introduction of SFI concept and how it works
3. Tell them how you and others are making money on SFI
4. Encourage them to be active and tell them that you will give them the necessary support.
5. Ask them if they have any question
6. Show them how they should contact you when they have any question. In doing this, you can ask them to join you on facebook, twitter, whatsup, skype and any others of this kind.
When you do this, they will see you as real person and be encourage of your support.
But make sure you are always available for them as you promised. You will be a wonderful sponsor doing these.
