When I notice a new PSA (when I recieve a notification in e-mail), I immediately check if he is yet online.If he is online, I try to wish him a warm welcome to SFI.I usually write: "Hello, new affiliate! My name is ..... and I am your SFI sponsor. I wish you welcome to Strong Future International. If you have some questions, don't hesitate to ask!" If there is not answer, I understand that he/she is probably confused and I wait for a while. If there is not an answer again, I don't force to ask further.I am aware that I was in similar situation and need a time to ask a correct and appropriate question.In a further contacts and conversations, I try to be kind, careful and stimulative. I ask sometimes an unconventional questions to make good relationship and to encourage PSA to talk. I say to him/her that it is important but not nessesary to win 500 VP in first 24 hours to be awarded with 200 VPs by SFI. I talk about SFI, what kind of firm it is, which are the ways of earnings,duplication, about TripleClicks and TC products,sales, etc. If I don't know the answer, I ask for a little bit of time to find it.
