To be honest most people coming into SFI are going to be totally overwhelmed and not have a clue where to get started. It's a good idea to stick with them and answer their questions as quickly as possible and to give them a way to contact you such as skype, email or another service.
With that being said a few important notes I always tell my PSA's is to complete 500 PV on their to do list within 24 hours. By doing so they get 200 bonus PV which is a huge asset when trying to reach the next level in SFI for their first month. The sooner they get there the more bells and whistles they will see which really starts to spark their interests.
Just be there for them and answer them as quickly as you can, nothing beats motivation from your upline and having a quick way to contact someone with questions.
