In your first chat, you should welcome the new PSA to your team by writing a welcome message or sending SFI welcome E-Card.
Let him/her know that he/she has not made a wrong choice.
Let your PSA know that you are there to help him/her grow in SFI business.
Remind him /her of the importance of daily log in and visit the To Do List.
And recommend some actions that will be of help to him or her.
