These are some of the step you should follow when initiating an online chat with a new PSAs.
1. Before initiating an online chat we should send a welcome E-card with welcoming message having your brief introduction, offer for help and support and invitation for an online chat.
2. Send a message of your tips how he/she may qualify for ‘Fast- Tracker’ within 24 hours with 200 VP bonuses, and hint to do other activities in To-Do List.
3. Go to VP ledger page of new PSAs, if he/she working perfectly accordingly to your tips; don’t try to disturb, let him or her do its own.
4. If you see or realize that he/she is finding problem in completing activities, following your tips then softly invite him/his for an online chat.
5. Here starts your role of a teacher, mentor, leader to guide him or his step by step in a friendly environment and it looks/feel that you are just sitting him or her.
6. When as qualify ‘Fast tracker’ badge, congratulate and motivate him or his telling the importance of his badge using E-cards.
7. Further continuing checks, observation, if found any problem then help to complete or activities left; side by side telling, why it’s important to do?, why SFI rewarding VPs for these activities. Let him or her knows it’s an important part of training, almost information provided about SFI, its activities and business concept to go head for the success in SFI.
8. As he or she qualify as an EA, congratulate with an E-card, telling the information of these badge powers, perks and facilities provided by SFI for earning more commissions. Tell that being an EA, SFI rewards a lot of CSAs to check out how successfully you completed your training, it’s time to transfer knowledge which he or she gained during training; the role and responsibility assign to them being an EA, your role starts as a teacher, mentor, leader to these new CSAs assigned.
9.Now, it’s an accurate or perfect time to tell them how to sponsor new PSAs, their importance, power of team work and let them understand the ‘compensation plan and income index’, motivate them to be a leader in your team, and trained them to create leaders.
