First I say welcome to SFI then Well to me you should talk about everything because your building a friendship and you don't want to say right off the bat I need you to upgrade.
We talk about life like are you married, do you have children, how is the weather there,
why did you join SFI, then You tell them they need to do all 1 time task as soon as they can and if there able to do 500+ VP in there first 24 hours there get SFI faster bonus.
They need to get banners and there url out there asap that is the key to success.
