you can discuss about how to start the SFI, as you know SFI is all about to Lead & reading,therefore you can Train him/her on how to Participate on TO-DO-LIST,SFI BASIC and LAUNCHPAD to keep him/her aware and understand more about WHAT SFI mean,and how does it work.Not only that but also you can discuss with your PSA on how you can build the SFI Team and to Archieve your Goals
