Initiating chat to our new PSA will play critical role to get them started. What we need in our initial contact are:
1. Build an atmosphere trust. - With so many scams in the internet, or new PSA might think the same way. As you introduce yourself and welcome your New affiliates, tell him how long you've been in SFI and tell him why you trust SFI.
2. Build an atmosphere of camaraderie/friendship - SFI ca e overwhelming to some. Let him feel that you are there to help and answer any question. Be friendly and accomodating.
As you do this, be sure not to overload your new PSA with information. Just let him feel that you are real and sincere to help. Limit your information to what is necessary for the moment, this includes:
1. The importance of earning the fast tracker badge, because this is only good for 24 hours.
2. The importance of logging in daily.
Note that you only proceed on explaining this minimum if your new PSA engage in conversation. If not, just send him 2 to 3 notes. Otherwise your eagerness might be construed as way of manipulating or scamming him.
