First time you should welcome your new PSA. You should explain him/her that you are his/her sponsor, and tell them that you will be there for any help. Introduce him/her with his/her start in SFI, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons. Tell him/her about all benefits which comes when someone become an SFI affiliate.

Briefly, your first message must be short. You do not need to write to much about SFI.
