Your role in SFI is to assist as many persons as possible in reaching their goals. You will reassign some of your PSA's along the way and you will work on building a strong team.
You will set up means for the different members on your team to succeed. You will give them advice on what has worked for you and what they can try for themselves.
In short, you guide others to become a success by motivating them and giving them rewards. Don't forget that by helping others that you are also helping yourself to earn great commissions and valuable points which is needed to retain your rank for each month.
