Education is number one on the list of things to do. Read everything you can. You have to know everything possible about SFI and TripleClicks in order to promote them, sponsor affiliates, answer their questions, teach your team the best way to do things, advertise, recruit ECAs or any other things you try to do.
Are you EA? If you are not, you need to be. Being EA is a statement to yourself and to others that you are serious about building your business.
Set down and write down your goals for short term, mid-term and long term. You will never succeed if you don't know what you want or how to get there. This means you must decide how you are going to run your SFI and TripleClicks business. You will need a goal for advertising, marketing, a budget and what it is that will tell you that you are successful in your business.
Advertising comes next. What you have to do is advertise constantly. You have to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself. Things may seems slow at first, but you have to keep going eventually everything will work out.
Now you need to build your team. You don’t need to have hundreds of team members, 5 working members is a good start. Teach them what you have been doing that works and help them every way you can. m
Make sure they are successful and you will be well on your way to success.
Some other things to try are open your own store, play all the games, enter the Daily grand contest and of course join Wave3.
