For me I have found that trying to find people is one of the biggest hassles!
It's not only frustrating because no one cares to listen, but it's also a time waster!
I had many headaches trying to figure out why I couldn't get this business going my way when most of my downline don't even try...
Then one day it hit me! I almost quit before figuring it out! I've been earning up to 60 CSA's just for becoming a Bronze...
60 times 12 = 720 CSA's per year! I've only been in since March and realized that staying a Bronze is so much easier and a great cost effective way to grow my downline!
I'm not even interested in growing my downline by other methods than through SFI now.
I have made a vow to stay a Bronze at any cost and I am teaching my team to do the same!
Of course when my checks grow bigger then I will order more guaranteed signups on top of that...
I also can't wait to become Silver and stay a silver someday...Which means more CSA's per month! My team members like my idea here and are on my mover's list daily!
I also send CSA and PSA letters everyday or every other day when my mover's list show's signs of people trying to become EA's or hopefully Bronze every month. I also post it in my leadership page for all to see as a Blog!
I post the names of those on my list and the amount of VP's they have earned for the month...In the order given...It let's them know why I am still here!
I let them know that someday they can have a team of their own just by becoming a Bronze every month...Oh sure you can stay an EA or EA2 but you are growing at such a slow rate that it makes you yawn...LOL!
So my goal is to do WHAT-EVER it takes to stay a Bronze at any cost! And move up later when the money allows me to...
Now I have more time to concentrate on my Team and my home life! Yeah! Can't wait to do the Auctions next month already...because I became Bronze early this month and ran out of TCredits already...
