It is possible that you will run into your prospect and will ask you about your role in SFI. How do you proceed in your conversation with your prospect?
This would be dependent on your current situation. It includes your rank and your experience being an SFI affiliate.
If you’re a new affiliate, you can just say politely that you’re widening your SFI knowledge base. Don’t forget to mention about the extensive support from SFI Help desk, upline, sponsor and co-sponsor.
If you’re an EA, you can explain that you’re being trained to move to the Team Leader position and receive the benefits that come with it. In this stage of being an EA you can further say that you’re learning to build your network through the support mainly of your sponsor.
If you’re a Team Leader:
Team Leaders provide direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, to his/her team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. A good Team Leader will know his/her team members strengths, their weaknesses, and what motivates them.
You can mention the following:
- Develop strategy for the whole team to reach its goal.
- Provide any support for his/her team members.
- Communicate clear, simple instructions to his/her team members.
- Listen to his/her team member’s feedback.
- Monitor team members’ participation using SFI tools and resources to ensure that they are applying what they have learned and check if any additional training is needed.
- Manage the flow of his SFI business operations in a daily basis.
- Create reports to update the entire team on their progress. He/she knows that success could only be attained through team efforts.
